Coastal International Security, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager 2 (TPM 2) for Nuclear Facility Construction at Los Alamos National Laboratory. The role requires active DOE Q Clearance, experience with Hazard Category 2 facilities, and managing complex construction activities onsite.
You will coordinate with safety, radiological control, and operations teams, ensuring adherence to DOE 413.3B, NQA-1, and related security protocols while guiding scope from initiation to turnover.
Location: Los Alamos, NM | 100% Onsite (TA-55)
Assignment Duration: Up to 5 years, with possibility of extension/conversion

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have experience managing project or construction activities in a DOE, NRC, or NNSA Hazard Category 2 type facility with high security/classification protocols and requirements, and must hold an active DOE Q Clearance. Candidates without this experience or an active Q Clearance will not be considered.
The Technical Project Manager 2 (TPM 2) supports and manages discrete technical construction scope at Los Alamos National Laboratory, ensuring timely completion of all project elements within a DOE Hazard Category 2, Security Classification 1 facility. This is a backfill position supporting 30B, 30R, PEI2, and MIE Non-Diamond scope under the ALDPI / PI-PROJ / LIP / Late Installs organization. You will manage project activities in alignment with Triad's prime contract, NNSA, and DOE 413.3B requirements, working within control accounts and work packages that define tasks necessary to meet programmatic objectives.
