**The Work:**

+ Manage and oversee all aspects of technical projects within a SOC environment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

+ Lead agile project teams, implementing agile methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity.

+ Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and ensure adherence to project objectives.

+ Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain agile practices.

+ Create detailed reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to effectively communicate project status, risks, and accomplishments to clients and stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and client representatives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

+ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly, providing solutions and escalation paths as necessary.

+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, progress reports, and final deliverables.

+ Ensure compliance with relevant security policies, standards, and procedures within the SOC environment.

+ Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

**Here's what you need:**

+ 5 years of experience in technical project coordination/management, preferably within a SOC or cybersecurity environment.

+ Bachelors Degree required

+ Experience with agile methodologies

+ Experience creating reports and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel

+ Experience presenting to stakeholders

+ Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI

+ For candidates relocating to Huntsville a relocation bonus may be available

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
