Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Monitor progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Manage change requests and scope adjustments
• Oversee implementation of
• Ensure adherence to Majesco best practices and standards
• Risk Quality Management
• Identify track and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across deliverables
• Conduct reviews and ensure compliance with governance processes
• Coordinate with thirdparty vendors and system integrators
