Crystal Equation Corporation is hiring a Technical Project Manager III for remote work across the United States. You will plan, direct, and coordinate complex infrastructure and software projects, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities include reviewing project plans, improving self-service help systems, automating tooling, and providing front-line support for capacity issues.

Qualifications

Technical Project Manager III Remote Summary

The main function of a technical project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
• Manage user help system, creating process documentation / knowledge bases to improve self-service.
• Proactively identify methods to automate the help system and drive automation / tooling requirements.
• Provide users with technical front-line support for infrastructure capacity issues.

Requirements

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc.
• Experience in owning a front-line technical customer support system strongly preferred.
• Experience in driving execution of complex x-organization infrastructure supply chain projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

Pay range is $77 - $82 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
