What You Will Be Doing

You will be a key member of the project management team, working directly with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. This position involves developing detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, and costs, and preparing reports for upper management. You will also work closely with clients and vendors to ensure resource availability and technical feasibility, all while supporting risk mitigation and process improvement. This is a contract role with the potential for ongoing collaboration and cross-departmental engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and facilitate clear communication.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through verification techniques.
• Track project performance metrics and analyze success against short and long-term goals.
• Support risk management strategies to minimize project risks and obstacles.
• Collaborate across departments to bring work in-house and improve workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects using project management tools and techniques.
• Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent client-facing capabilities.
• Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management, or related discipline.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver's License.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience managing projects within corporate or agency environments.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience working directly with executive leadership or senior stakeholders.

Pay:

$44.60 – $63.72 /hr
