Technical Project Manager III

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Champion agility and adaptability by embracing iterative approaches, responding quickly to changing requirements, and continuously improving project processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.
  • Lead stakeholder management efforts, building strong relationships, facilitating effective communication, and driving consensus to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem‑solving, and agility skills to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, and to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision‑makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve.
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships, facilitating collaboration, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes in diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Experience managing projects in risk technology or financial services environments.
