Job summary

Jobtailor in Fargo, ND seeks a Biomanufacturing Project Manager to lead development and validation efforts for client programs. You will oversee complex projects using standard processes, coordinate with PMs, program managers, and clients, and maintain timelines.

Must have a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences or related field, 3+ years in method development/validation, experience with Waterfall and Agile, and proficiency in SmartSheet, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in method development, method validation, quality control, biomanufacturing validation, process development, or technology transfer.
  • Proven experience leading departments and/or managing complex projects.
  • Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SmartSheet, OneNote, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel 10% or more.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel 10% or more
  • CDMO environment experience is a plus
