Motion Recruitment in Wilmington, MA is seeking a full-time, hybrid Project Manager to lead client-facing product development programs across robotics, automation, and life sciences. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and cross-functional engineering teams using MS Project, Jira, Asana, and ERP systems.

This role offers ownership from kickoff through delivery while partnering with innovative clients and engineering teams, with visibility across the entire product development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• 4+ years on product development engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.

Required Skills & Experience
