Technical Project Manager (Electrical - Office Fit Out Construction)

As a Technical Project Manager (Electrical - Office Fit Out Construction) at Linesight , you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

  • Manage the successful delivery of the electrical design packages on critical services and office fit-out projects
  • Coordinate with project partners to ensure the delivery is within scope, on time, using agreed resources and is to a high quality
  • Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
  • Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
  • Develop robust reporting to ensure timely decision-making
  • Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
  • Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
  • Seek new areas for improvement through active reviews of the design packages, communicating good practices and lessons learned

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have at least 8 years construction project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility in office fit-out projects
  • Have Electrical Design experience (or solid knowledge) in financial industry - critical services and office fit-out projects
  • Have a degree or comparable experience in an engineering or project management or construction discipline
  • Have a project management professional certification or are seeking one. We can help
