Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Technical Project Manager in California to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering electronic warfare threat representative targets and simulation systems for test/training ranges. You will guide projects from requirements and design reviews through integration, testing, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Must have U.S. citizenship due to sensitive requirements.
• Degree in a technical discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with at least 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance for duration of employment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading the planning, execution, or delivery of complex technical projects.
• Experience across requirements, design reviews, fabrication, integration, and test.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation and technical review processes.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with technical teams, customers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Define requirements, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success measures with customers and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate work across engineering and other functions; keep dependencies and deliverables visible.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Track material needs, procurement, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Support SE TRs (requirements, design reviews, test readiness, verifications).
• Coordinate technical data packages and configuration management activities.
• Monitor performance and provide updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Improve project workflows and help teams resolve delivery challenges.
