Job description

Hanson Consulting Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support project execution and reporting within a high-impact team in the gaming industry! This TPM will work closely with project managers to help manage day-to-day tasks, freeing up bandwidth for strategic planning and leadership.

The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and able to ramp up quickly in dynamic environments. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to CVP-level leadership, requiring both business savvy and strong analytical skills.

Location and Working Hours:

The individual in this role must be a resident of Costa Rica and willing to work Pacific Time hours to align with our client and team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with a Project Manager to drive execution of CRM and reporting initiatives.
  • Own day-to-day task tracking, documentation, stakeholder communication, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards in Power BI using data from Dynamics 365 and other internal systems.
  • Support business-critical meetings by preparing content, notes, status updates, and action items.
  • Help coordinate across engineering, business, and design teams to keep projects moving.
  • Quickly learn organizational context, tools, and workflows to become an effective contributor early.
  • Maintain documentation and process clarity around ongoing programs, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Track key program metrics and work with stakeholders to provide transparency and accountability.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Secondary education degree (Bachiller Universitario or Licenciado degree)
  • 4-6 years of experience in a technical program management, business analyst, or operations role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive-facing scenarios.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI; ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on new tools and processes.
  • Business acumen and critical thinking skills in high-stakes, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting pipelines, or enterprise data sources.
  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
