Job summary

CTAC is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead website migration initiatives and coordinate with product owners, development leads, architects, engineers, and QA staff. You will collect requirements, craft schedules, track velocity and KPI metrics, and report progress to CTAC and clients in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of project management, PMP certification, and strong communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

3-5 years of related technical project management experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.
Experience with project budgets, resources planning/management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage website migration projects and interface with mid-level to senior management clients.
Oversee integrated teams to deliver technology solutions in support of key product initiatives with product owners, leads, architects, engineers, and QA staff.
Collect requirements, develop a schedule with the technical team, track velocity, financials, and other KPIs, and report to CTAC and client management.
Balance priorities across multiple projects within the portfolio and ensure delivery on time and to spec.
