The Technical Project Manager contributes to T-Mobile's success by delivering medium-sized projects that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance services for the Broadband business and customers. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days in-office per week.
Assemble project teams, foster cross-functional relationships, delegate responsibilities, and manage project resources to ensure timely completion and productivity.
Create and update project schedules, monitor progress, analyze deviations, and communicate status to stakeholders. Manage changes and produce reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks, conduct risk reviews, and assess impacts of changes on schedules.
Participate in or host project meetings, provide updates, and facilitate project reviews with stakeholders.
Develop project charters, review technical documentation, and ensure proper documentation and archiving upon project completion.
Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a program or product manager in a technology environment.
Preferred experience in the wireless industry.
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile) preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
The pay range for this role is $75,300 - $135,800, with additional bonuses and benefits detailed in the full description.
