Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI/ML, data management, and cloud modernization initiatives for IC customers. The role blends technical leadership with stakeholder engagement and operational execution in fast-paced environments.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, strong communication, and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across Chantilly/Fairfax. Onsite work with occasional security-sensitive sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of project, program management, or leadership experience with technical, defense, R&D, or government programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Experience with data management, data governance, or data pipeline technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Kanban, JIRA, or related project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical and operational projects supporting AI/ML initiatives, data management platforms, cloud modernization, and emerging technology integration.
• Translate high-level mission objectives into executable project plans, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, technical exchange meetings, customer briefings, and recurring status meetings.
• Track priorities, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Support customer engagements and technical discussions to identify mission needs and data requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and external partners; monitor program performance.
