Technical Project Manager & Product Ops

Job Overview: We are seeking a technically-minded and organized professional to join our Web Experience department under the Product Operations team. This role combines technical project management with hands-on product operations, requiring operational oversight and direct technical knowledge of web systems and workflows. The candidate will manage complex multi-journey web experience initiatives, handle Jira queue management and routing, facilitate sprint planning, and support Product Managers in bridging technical implementation with business objectives. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with workflow optimization required. This mid to senior level position offers growth opportunities into senior technical leadership roles.

Essential Responsibilities/ Product Operations:

· Work closely with Product Ops Lead to optimize Web Experience processes and ensure adherence

· Serve as first point of contact for Product Jira queue and routing systems for efficient workflow distribution

· Maintain technical documentation for processes, tools, and system configurations

· Collaborate with Product and UX teams on technical implementation details

· Facilitate sprint planning by communicating priorities and maintaining organized development backlogs

· Identify and resolve technical roadblocks while aligning on priorities

· Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders (Dev, UX, Product, Research)

· Develop comprehensive project plans with proper documentation and stakeholder communication

· Support cross-functional projects from conception through deployment and post-launch optimization

· Provide hands-on support for Web Experience marketing campaigns using technical platforms

Required Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of web technologies and digital experience platforms

· Experience with project management tools (Jira) and technical workflow systems

· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical systems and tools

· Basic understanding of web analytics and A/B testing

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze technical requirements

· Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

· Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously

· Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

· Proactive approach to seeking technical information and mastering new systems

Preferred Qualifications:

· 3+ years experience in technical project management, product operations, or similar role

· Background in process improvement or technical workflow optimization

· Experience with web content management systems or digital experience platforms

· Understanding of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards

Clear pathway for advancement into Senior Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager roles, with exposure to strategic decision-making, advanced technical systems, and cross-departmental workflow management.
