Job description

We are seeking aTechnical Project Managerto join our team at Builders Capital. In this role, you will oversee and guide the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Builders Capital is the nation's largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. Loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, in the form of single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities. What You'll Do:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resources, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain project-related scripts, automation, and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays or scope creep, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring team members have the necessary tools and support to complete tasks.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in software development or relevant technical areas.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring that financial goals are met and expenditures are justified.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, enhancing project management methodologies.
