Job summary

Minted is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to bridge IT and business units, prioritizing automation and AI projects through structured project and portfolio management. You will optimize processes, align strategies, and govern intake, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management, business systems, or technology consulting.
• Proven Jira for project/portfolio management incl. dashboards and reporting.
• Track record delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget.
• Experience managing portfolios including intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and automation platforms.
• Excellent business acumen; ability to translate tech concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Professional certifications: PMP, CBAP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent.
• Jira administration or Jira Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps certification.
• Experience with change management frameworks and adoption strategies.
• Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
• Experience managing AI or automation implementation projects.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.

The Role

You have

Compensation

The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.

Minted utilizes a market-based compensation model with four geographic tiers. Final compensation is determined based on the candidate’s primary work location, defined as their residence within 60 miles of a metropolitan area:

• Geo 2: Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR - $109,581 - $143,825


• Geo 3: All other U.S. metro locations - $100,557 - $131,981

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.

This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
