MEMX is seeking a experiencedTechnical Project Managerto join our dynamic team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering complex technical projects. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience.Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Work closely with product managers to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and deliver customer value.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience delivering projects with technical teams
  • 5 or more years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems
  • Experience in the financial services industry or a related field

Pay Range: $135,000 to $175,000
