About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to manage and drive the delivery of our internal and client-facing projects. You will work closely with our automation engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and with clear communication across all parties. This role requires a strong grasp of project coordination, technical understanding, and communication skills, especially when managing tasks across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and scope definition to execution and delivery
  2. Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure deliverables are met
  3. Break down high-level goals into actionable tasks, set timelines, and track progress
  4. Use tools like Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or Microsoft Planner to organize and track workflows
  5. Run regular project check-ins and status updates with the team and stakeholders
  6. Identify roadblocks early and help the team find solutions
  7. Ensure requirements are documented clearly and translated into work items
  8. Manage client communication where applicable, including status reporting and expectation management

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience managing technical or IT projects
  2. Familiarity with API-driven applications, automation workflows, or software development concepts
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  7. Experience with project tracking tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Experience working with software development or DevOps teams
  • Familiarity with client portals and SaaS environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, ConnectWise, HubSpot)
  • Basic technical background (not coding, but understanding of system architecture and integrations)
