Job summary

Phase 2 seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead software development teams alongside our Lead Consultant and Technical Leads. This is a remote-first hybrid position for Oklahoma City-based candidates.

You will drive delivery, facilitate agile ceremonies, manage budgets and collaborate with clients, subcontractors and executives to remove blockers and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams with Scrum, Kanban, LEAN.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients as a project consultant.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities | How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Driving software delivery byserving the engineering team
• Facilitating internal and external team meetings (daily stand-ups, biweekly planning,refinement, demos, retrospectives, etc.)
• Managerial oversight of team timesheets, invoice preparations, and client budget projections
• Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, internal teams, partner teams, and executives
• Removing obstacles that impede team and release progress
• Maintaining regular client reporting of budget projections, release timelines, and risk logs
• Coaching teams to improve our software development best practices
• Ensuring meetings are productive, prepared with an agenda, and meaningful notes are recorded
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Release management facilitation

• Proficient in leading software development teams using broad agile project management methodologies (Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc.)
• Desire to apply a unique brand of these methodologies
• Passion for driving continuous improvement in themselves and others
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients as a project and organizational consultant
• Dedication to servant leadership for our team and client needs
