Job description

Overview-

1. Security Threat and Response Management is responsible for security monitoring and response functions, accounting for both physical and cyber security events.
2. STRM Engineering Chapter would build new software capabilities, support existing solutions, provide technical oversight and lend its expertise to the STRM program. This team would adopt Industry best practices in delivering these solutions. Our extended goal is to eliminate human toil and replace manual processes with automation.
3. The purpose of this job is to be a Technical Product Manager, on a team that is focused on delivering new and enhanced identity access initiatives for our customers.
4. This position includes, but is not limited to; partnering with management, project managers, and technical leads, for the implementation of technical solutions, detailing time estimates for initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements proactively.

Role-

1. Partner on technical implementation efforts of new products and services with strong communication to impacted business owners.
2. Manage and drive the road map, initiatives, features, stories, and tasks for the Vulnerability Management function.
3. Working with vendors to implement scalable solutions into our solution architecture.
4. Manage day-to-day project team efforts.
5. Prioritize and identify cross-team, application, and system enhancements.
6. Lead review sessions of technical requirements and manage the defect resolution process.
7. Partner with your peers in Business Operations (BizOps) and other internal identity access management teams to ensure delivery of services aligns with governance controls and support requirements.
8. Responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of platforms through reviews and procedures of planning, testing, and implementation management.
9. Responsible to lead cross-functional teams and deliver global projects working with regional offices.
10. Responsible for coordinating with one or more groups to ensure platform goals are met.
11. Manage project life cycles from inception to delivery in an Agile framework environment across multiple teams.
12. Serve as the primary point of contact and communication for both internal and external management discussions and presentations.
13. Develops plans to improve quality within our systems and platforms.
