Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the end-to-end execution of complex engineering projects for our largest enterprise and strategic accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects, from gathering requirements to final implementation for customers.

As a TPM with a proven track record in execution and cross-functional collaboration, you will have the opportunity to help scale our enterprise AI solutions, supporting thousands of customers as our TPM function grows.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. Maintain transparency and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer success teams, acting as the primary point of contact for project communications.

Requirements Gathering & Roadmap Development Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable project goals. Prioritize these requirements and integrate them into a well-defined project roadmap.

Solution Design & Execution Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to design effective solutions, ensuring technical dependencies are well-managed.

Resource Management Coordinate resources, timelines, and third-party vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Lead internal teams to drive progress and ensure on-time delivery.

Risk Management Proactively identify risks and resource gaps, developing mitigation strategies and escalation processes to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance Work to enhance testing and deployment procedures, ensuring robust solutions that meet reliability and functionality standards.

Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs. Leverage these resources to improve processes and scale operations.

Performance Tracking Define and track project success metrics (KPIs) to measure progress, outcomes, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred)

4+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly in engineering-focused projects

Strong background in managing large-scale, enterprise-level cloud deployments

Expertise in cloud software architecture, deployment, and security best practices

Proven skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Adaptability to changing project needs and priorities

Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
