• 7–10 years of experience managing technical projects or engineering programs.
• Background in engineering or computer science — degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong track record of shipping complex projects on time by aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know what to upscale or when.

• Manage cross-team dependencies, surface risks early, and keep initiatives on track in a fast-moving, low-latency environment.
• Establish and improve project management practices — planning, prioritization, status reporting, and post-mortems — that fit an engineering-driven culture.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex, high-impact projects within one of our quantitative trading teams. In this role you will sit at the intersection of engineering, quantitative research, and trading, coordinating the people, timelines, and dependencies required to support mission-critical software and a dynamic research infrastructure. You bring both a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of managing engineering programs end to end.

• The technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers and researchers on architecture, trade-offs, and delivery risk.
• A strong track record of shipping complex projects on time by aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know what to upscale or when.

Nice to Have

• Experience in trading, financial markets, or another high-performance, data-intensive domain.
• Familiarity with low-latency systems, distributed infrastructure, or quantitative workflows.

Annual Base Salary Range

$200,000 — $250,000 USD
