Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Wealth Management domain knowledge and AI/GenAI project experience to lead complex technology transformation initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile practices to ensure successful outcomes while addressing regulatory and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical project/program management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Management domain knowledge.
• Good understanding of cloud, APIs, data platforms, and application integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data security, and financial-services compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management technology and AI/GenAI projects.
• Understand business processes including portfolio management, investment advisory, client onboarding, financial planning, and reporting.
• Identify and drive AI/GenAI use cases such as advisor copilots, client-service automation, investment insights, document intelligence, and knowledge assistants.
• Translate business requirements into technical project plans, deliverables, and milestones.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with AI/ML, Data, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, and Product teams.
• Drive Agile delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, status reporting, and governance.
• Manage integrations involving APIs, data platforms, cloud applications, and third-party systems.
• Ensure AI initiatives address data privacy, security, regulatory, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and effectively manage expectations across business and technology teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data security, and financial-services compliance is preferred.

Preferred

• Experience delivering GenAI/LLM-based solutions in financial services.
• Experience with AI use-case assessment, POCs, implementation, and production rollout.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data/AI platforms is desirable.
