Job description

Are you an organizational wizard with a deep technical background? Do you thrive on keeping high-tech projects on track with never enough resources? Do you enjoy untangling complex schedules, aligning teams, and ensuring ideas turn into products? If so, Acroname wants you!

Who We Are:

Acroname designs and creates systems with top consumer electronics manufacturers. We are a small, fast-moving company that values teamwork, humor, and creative problem-solving. Our organization tackles everything from electrical and mechanical design to software development and automation. We believe in making high-quality products—not just hacking things together. We offer a collaborative environment where you can take ownership and make an impact.

What You'll Do:

You will become a key team member, owning and ensuring project execution from start to finish.

  • Manage all aspects of projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
  • Set attainable timelines with engineers and operations that facilitate both accountability and team buy-in.
  • Monitor project performance, report status to stakeholders, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Capture and maintain project meetings, discussion and minute notes.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong technical background—you’ve worked in engineering, manufacturing, or another high-tech industry.
  • Experience in project management—you've managed hardware and/or software projects and successfully brought them to market.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can translate engineer-speak or TLAs into real-world deadlines and vice versa.
  • Sense of humor.
  • Adaptability—things change fast around here, and we need someone who can pivot like a pro.
  • Bias for action—you get things done.
  • Attention to detail—tiny mistkaes can cause big problems..
  • Familiarity with new product introduction processes—bonus points if you know your way around electromechanical designs, embedded systems, supply chains, or test automation.
Bonus Points:
  • Pick 3 from the fast, cheap and good.
  • Project management certifications.
  • Lives by the mantra that if everything is urgent, nothing is urgent.
What You'll Get:

The chance to work with some of the best engineers and customers in the industry. A fast-moving, fun work environment where people enjoy what they do. A reasonable salary ($85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience).

  • Full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.
  • An RTD bus pass (because we like the environment).
  • A leadership team that values your input and listens to good ideas.
  • Potential stock grants—because we all win together.
Who We Want to Apply:

If you’ve ever looked at a job description and thought, I meet most of these qualifications, but not all, we encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re sharp, organized, and excited about making an impact in high-tech manufacturing and test engineering, we want to talk to you.
