We arelooking for a Technical Project Manager to manage high-impact projects and Agile value streams that are critical to our business success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and is skilled at balancing technical delivery with stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver technology-based solutions usingSDLC methodology.
  • Manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
  • Drive change management activities across departments and teams.
  • Coordinate IT application and infrastructure changes, approvals, and releases.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Waterfall and SAFe Agile practices.
  • Track team progress and performance using tools like ServiceNow.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support product owners.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies—and resolve them proactively.
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives in support services, collaboration tools, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and M&A integration.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • Experience in project and change management, with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
