Job Description

• Lead enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, and Observability strategy across global environments.
• Drive operational excellence, service reliability, availability, and business continuity.
• Own ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Lead Major Incident Management, RCA governance, and service improvement initiatives.
• Establish enterprise observability solutions using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), infrastructure modernization, and automation programs.
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational dashboards, and governance metrics.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, business leaders, clients, and vendors to align technology with business goals.
• Lead and mentor global infrastructure, operations, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
• Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and strategic transformation initiatives.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
