Job summary

• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational dashboards, and governance metrics.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, business leaders, clients, and vendors to align technology with business goals.
• Lead and mentor global infrastructure, operations, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
• Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and strategic transformation initiatives.
