Candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance and strong experience in client project management. Desired qualifications include PMI PMP or PgMP certification. Excellent communication skills are essential for successful client engagement.

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure that the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. It manages specific projects assigned by the Program Manager, to include project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance. The TPM role monitors, adjusts, and reports on the project’s performance, budget, and schedule. The TPM role provides interim progress reviews until completion. The TPM role assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing program policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents. The TPM role works from the latest client approved version of the Project Management Processes (PMP). The PMP is an evolutionary document that is updated annually at a minimum and as project changes occur.
