Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to coordinate schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, specs, and drawings to establish intent.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate team needs.
• Manage supply requisitions and oversee materials procurement; assist in subcontractor contracting.
• Document events impacting schedule, scope, and efficiency; pursue change-order opportunities.
