Qualifications

• Demonstrated electro-mechanical aptitude and technical experience in MEPS or related systems.
• Project management skills including scope, scheduling, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Security projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and monitor costs.
• Assist in subcontractor contracting, billing, and close-out documentation.
