Job Responsibilities

• Manage project implementations across large organizations; develop and manage project plans, document risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; devise solutions; prepare concise reports; analyze and solve complex problems.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Summarize and elevate issues, develop and present weekly status updates, and conduct regular project team meetings.
• Take ownership of the "Aero to Zeta Cloud Conversion" working with stakeholders from many organizational areas.
• Support the MDE Technical Publications Team as a Technical Project Manager/DevOps Engineer.
• Develop and update applications that support authoring, publishing, and distribution of Technical Publications.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to new systems.
• Integrate systems for seamless operations and data flow between technical publications applications.
• Proficiency in Jenkins pipeline development, including Jenkins scripting language and Jenkins PowerShell.
• At least five years of experience in development with Python, XML (including XSLT & XSD), HTML, and CSS.
• At least five years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems.
• Implement application deployments via the CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience using GitHub, JIRA.
• Experience with Apache SOLR or similar Lucene-based search engine.

Educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
