Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS practice in Albuquerque seeks a Project - Analyst on the Sustainability, Infrastructure, Real Estate, & Resilience team. You will support planning, procurement, execution, and documentation of conferences and technical training for Prime Contractor and subcontractor teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in process improvement, and a TS or DOE Q clearance. Co-locating in Albuquerque 4–5 days/week is required, with travel up to 10% and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training effectiveness surveys and assist with Concur travel, ATTAPS timekeeping, and accountability.

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. Work you'll do

As a Project - Analyst, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Sustainability, Infrastructure, Real Estate, & Resilience team, you will:

  • Support planning, procurement, execution, and documentation of conferences, workshops, and specialized training for the Prime Contractor and subcontractor team
  • Organize meetings, arrange facilities, prepare flyers, announcements, minutes, presentations, and technical reports, and serve as a technical representative at committees and seminars when authorized
  • Conduct training effectiveness surveys and assist with Concur travel, ATTAPS timekeeping, and accountability

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in process improvement
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or Department of Energy (DOE) Q clearance
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 4-5 days per week in Albuquerque, New Mexico
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Albuquerque, NM, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Albuquerque, NM and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,800 to $84,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
