Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex data center projects. You will coordinate developers, EPC contractors, OEMs and utilities, establish a standard work breakdown structure, and drive critical path analysis and earned value management to track progress against spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) software experience.
• 2 years using schedule analytics to audit logic density and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Integrate complex schedules from multiple stakeholders into a single Master Schedule.
• Monitor the critical path and analyze variances to measure progress against spend.
• Build what-if schedules and perform TIAs to evaluate disruption impacts and change orders.
• Conduct regular schedule updates and develop resource-loaded schedules for labor and equipment.
