• Define program scope, milestones, budgets, roadmaps and execution strategies.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps and deployment strategies aligned with objectives.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, vendors, contractors, and field teams.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, procurement activities, deployment planning, site readiness, and field execution.
• Track program health, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive decisions across teams.
• Develop executive-level narratives, updates, reviews, and status reports.
• Influence stakeholders and align without direct authority across functions.
• Establish scalable processes to improve deployment and execution.
• Support technology and infrastructure selections by evaluating requirements, costs, and impacts.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent programs with broader goals.
• Mentor other program managers and pursue continuous improvement.

JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager III within Data Center Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for leading complex, multi-site infrastructure programs supporting large-scale operations. This role owns programs from strategy and planning through execution and deployment, partnering closely with engineering, operations, finance, vendors, contractors, procurement, and other cross-functional teams. The role requires strong program management, executive communication, risk management, and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own end-to-end execution of complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure and technology programs across multiple sites.
• Define program scope, mission, success criteria, milestones, budgets, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps and deployment strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, vendors, contractors, and field teams to drive program execution.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, procurement activities, deployment planning, site readiness, and field execution.
• Track program health, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, resolve blockers, and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Develop clear executive-level narratives, business updates, program reviews, and status reporting.
• Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority across engineering, operations, finance, and external partners.
• Establish scalable processes and mechanisms to improve infrastructure deployment and program execution.
• Support technology and infrastructure selections by evaluating business requirements, deployment considerations, costs, and operational impacts.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent programs while maintaining alignment with broader infrastructure and operational goals.
• Mentor and support other program managers and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure programs or complex technology programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or technology programs in an operations environment.
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-site programs involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear executive-level narratives and business updates.
• Experience with program planning, budgeting, procurement, risk management, forecasting, and deployment execution.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, define scope, build consensus, and drive decisions without established playbooks.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating business objectives into executable program plans.
• Experience working with engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors.
• Experience with data centers, physical infrastructure, logistics, fulfillment, or other critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure systems such as UPS, PDU, ATS, HVAC, cooling, network infrastructure, or related physical infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, and field deployment teams is preferred.
• PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant program/project management certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, dive deep into complex problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
