• This role drives business-critical initiatives from implementation through stabilization, coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to deliver measurable outcomes on time, within budget, and within scope.

Job Qualifications

• Workday and connected enterprise systems, disciplined program-management practices, and the ability to communicate delivery status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to leadership.
• Strong end-to-end program and project delivery for large, complex Workday financial enterprise initiatives spanning Workday and other enterprise back-office systems, from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and closure.
• Strong delivery background on Workday initiatives spanning HCM, Finance, Payroll, integrations, reporting, security, configuration changes, feature adoption, and major release management.
• Partner with Workday functional, technical, integration, security, data, reporting, and support teams to align delivery plans with platform capabilities, technical dependencies, and operational-readiness requirements.
• Proactively manage Budget, identify, assess, track, mitigate, and elevate program risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests across workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, Extend, and/or Workday integration technologies.
• Strong experience leading Workday releases, large-scale feature adoption, integration modernization, payroll transformation, or finance-system implementation programs.
