Job summary

Consulting Solutions in Atlanta is seeking a senior Workday program manager to lead large, finance-focused initiatives from initiation to stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams, vendors, and system integrators to deliver measurable outcomes on time, within budget, and within scope.

The role requires deep Workday expertise across HCM, Finance, Payroll, reporting, and integrations, with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery and successful release

Qualifications

• Workday and connected enterprise systems, disciplined program-management practices, and the ability to communicate delivery status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to leadership.
• Strong end-to-end program and project delivery for large, complex Workday financial enterprise initiatives spanning Workday and other enterprise back-office systems, from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, stabilization, and closure.
• Strong delivery background on Workday initiatives spanning HCM, Finance, Payroll, integrations, reporting, security, configuration changes, feature adoption, and major release management.
• Partner with Workday functional, technical, integration, security, data, reporting, and support teams to align delivery plans with platform capabilities, technical dependencies, and operational-readiness requirements.
• Proactively manage Budget, identify, assess, track, mitigate, and escalate program risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests across workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, Extend, and/or Workday integration technologies.
• Strong experience leading Workday releases, large-scale feature adoption, integration modernization, payroll transformation, or finance-system implementation programs.
