Job summary

Dexmate Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of our software platform roadmap, coordinating frontend, backend, cloud, AI/data, and robotics teams to deliver platform releases on schedule.

You will maintain roadmaps, milestones, owners, and launch timelines; drive cross‑functional execution; identify blockers and mitigation plans; manage integration, testing, and rollout.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical program or software project management experience.
• Experience delivering complex software platform, SaaS, cloud, IoT, or robotics projects.
• Strong understanding of software development and release processes.
• Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
