Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a QA leader to build and run quality programs across capacity delivery for data-center scale projects. You will establish standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization, ensuring quality is embedded in every build.

If you have experience implementing ISO 9001 systems, driving gates under aggressive schedules, and turning data into actionable improvements, you will thrive in our fast-paced, autonomy‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale.

• Experience running nonconformance processes that are tracked and trending.
• Bonus: ISO 9001 systems experience or data-center QA exposure.

• Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
• Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
• Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.

• You run nonconformance processes that close and trend, not accumulate.
• Your quality metrics changed behavior somewhere, and you can say where.
• Bonus: ISO 9001 systems. Data center or modular construction QA. Supplier quality interface. Audit certification.
