Job summary

Amazon's Studios Technology team in Culver City seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to define and deliver the Production & Post Technology product suite across Studios workflows. We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA, defining and building our Production & Post Technology product suite that support our creative and production partners. In this role, you will collaborate with product, design, applied science, software engineering teams and key stakeholders — including Production, Post Production, Operations, Finance and more — to build, implement, and scale critical software solutions that power and inform our Studios' Production, Post-Production, VFX, and Virtual Production workflows.

The ideal candidate has experience managing the creation and delivery of production workflow solutions for a global customer base. You will be successful in this role if you are highly organized, analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, can work independently under time constraints, meet deadlines and have a proven track record of taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience


• 3+ years of software development experience

• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design


• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience


• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
