Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Владение инициативами от начала до конца: охват, последовательность, зависимость и устранение блокировок.
• Сотрудничество с продуктом, инженерами, юридическим отделом, финансами/SOX, продажами, маркетингом и операциями для реализации стратегических инициатив.
• Проактивное выявление, информирование и эскалация кросс-функциональных рисков до их влияния на доставку.
• Создание и поддержка основных документов планирования: PRD, планы отката, анонсы запуска, логи риска и аналитика.
• Руководство коммуникациями с заинтересованными сторонами, обновлениями, обучением полевых команд, поддержкой материалов и маркетинговой координацией.
• Отчетность по прогрессу, рискам, зависимостям и блокировкам спонсорам инициатив и руководителю Strategic Initiatives.

We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. We seek an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager join the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments including, product, engineering, legal andfinance, leading technical product programs for the business.

• Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify, communicate and escalated cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.
• Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.
• Lead stakeholder communications, including regular updates, field-team enablement, support training, marketing coordination and supporting materials.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies and blockers to initiative sponsors and the Strategic Initiatives Lead.

Требования:

• Strong experience in programme management, technical product management or a similar cross‑functional delivery role.
• A proven track record of owning complex launches involving coordination across multiple teams.
• A hands‑on approach, with the ability to organise, manage and deliver the work rather than only track progress.
• The ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information, resolve ambiguity and drive decisions through to completion.
• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, billing or another regulated commercial environment.
