MPI Energy in Texas is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support program back-end operations from concept to delivery. You will maintain schedules, dashboards, and trackers, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to keep programs on track and auditable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, program support, PMO operations, or a comparable backend delivery role
• Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail; you notice when something is missing
• Fluency with project and collaboration tools (scheduling software, trackers, dashboards, Microsoft 365)
• Clear written communication; you can turn ambiguity into a tidy status update
• Ability to juggle multiple programs at once without losing the thread
• Comfortable working across technical teams even without a technical background

Responsibilities

• Maintain program schedules, trackers, and dashboards so program leads always have an accurate picture of status, risks, and upcoming milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional touchpoints across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Field/Service, keeping action items owned, dated, and closed out
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions and follow-ups, and drive accountability on the resulting tasks
• Track program documentation through phase gates (EVT/DVT/PVT/SOP), keeping records organized and audit-ready
• Flag schedule slips, resourcing gaps, and long-lead items early so program leads can act before they become problems
• Build and maintain reporting that turns scattered program data into clear, executive-ready summaries
• Manage the operating cadence of the PMO: standing meetings, status rollups, and recurring deliverables
