Qualifications

• Experience in product or program management at fast-moving software companies.
• Ownership of a release process across multiple engineering workstreams.
• Power-user of trackers like Linear; builds the system of record.
• Technical depth to follow browser/AI discussions and earn engineers' respect.
• Strong English writing; Mandarin a plus for cross-region teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating picture: track issues, owners, dependencies, and deadlines across product lines.
• Orchestrate the release train: plan scope, cadence, and cut/tests; adjust as needed.
• Translate meetings and decisions into crisp specs, priorities, and tracker hygiene.
• Unblock cross-team dependencies and risks early to avoid release delays.
• Research the competitive landscape (AI browsers, agents, knowledge tools) and distill it into actionable insight.
• Partner with the founder on strategy and roadmaps; turn direction into actionable plans.
• Define and track metrics to measure whether releases and features landed.
