Google seeks a Technical Program Manager for Operational Technology to lead multi-disciplinary projects from ideation to delivery. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Our team of data center operational technology security Technical Program Manager (TPgM) is chartered to innovate, design, and standardize mission critical systems to improve the cybersecurity posture across Google’s data center facilities worldwide. We bring operational experience, deep technical knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration, network engineering, hypervisor fluency, and operational excellence together to help scale critical corporate products, services, and programs. Our organization works alongside Corporate Operations Engineering, Security Engineering, Network Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, and Core Infrastructure teams to secure and monitor the efficiency of enterprise systems. This includes risk analysis, prioritization, development, and continuous improvement of both systems infrastructure and employee-facing tools.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
