Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Technical career background.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Deep familiarity with subsystems and robotics systems.
• Ability to assess technical tradeoffs and reduce risk.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and leadership with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive scoping and execution of initiatives within the Mission Autonomy business line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, program management, chief engineers, test and evaluation, business operations, and finance.
• Support execution of functional engineering roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic bets and program needs.
• Lead execution of early-phase programs won through the capture process with external customer relationship management.
