Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to strategize and manage complex autonomous mining engineering projects. You will collaborate with engineers inside Applied Intuition and at customer sites to deploy mining autonomy solutions.

You will define sprint goals, manage multiple engagements, and ensure delivery milestones while maintaining rigorous documentation. A strong TPM background with engineering fluency is preferred, with in-office work expectations and occasional remote

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical program management, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Google Drive).
• Enough technical fluency to follow engineering discussions; coding not required.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware and software stack deployment and autonomy system commissioning across mining/construction sites globally.
• Own and manage multiple concurrent mining autonomy customer engagements, ensuring progress toward milestones.
• Define and scope bi-weekly sprint goals and document deliverables in Jira/Confluence.
• Serve as the operational backbone for customer engagements, coordinating meetings and ensuring follow-through.
• Collaborate with software engineers, workstream leads, and customer teams to drive progress on mining autonomy deployments.
• Coordinate across hardware and software teams to hit aggressive timelines for autonomy deployments.
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to sprint workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
