Brooksource seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a strategic CDP implementation across Salesforce Data 360, Marketing Cloud, Unica, and enterprise data platforms. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and drive delivery in a dynamic MarTech ecosystem.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to operate in evolving environments with cross-functional partners. Prior CDP or large-scale data initiatives are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8+ years in technical project/program management or similar
• Experience leading cross-functional technology implementations with multiple systems
• Strong background in MarTech, customer data, data platforms, or related tech environments
• Experience supporting a CDP implementation or similar complex data initiative
• Understanding of end-to-end data flows, integrations, and downstream activation channels
• Ability to identify dependencies and risks without hands-on coding
• Proven delivery across internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to drive execution and accountability across multiple workstreams

Aufgaben

• Lead the execution and coordination of a complex CDP/MarTech implementation across multiple teams
• Develop understanding of end-to-end data ingestion, connectivity, segmentation, and activation
• Serve as primary connective point across data, engineering, platform, and marketing teams
• Coordinate with third-party system integrators and internal tech teams to meet requirements
• Identify dependencies, blockers, and downstream impacts before delivery
• Ensure decisions align with target-state architecture and avoid silos
• Drive resolution of data, connectivity, and activation dependencies with the right resources
• Support predefined customer journeys by coordinating datasets and platform capabilities
• Ensure integrations between CDP and downstream platforms are incorporated into the operating model
• Coordinate with reporting teams to support post-launch analytics
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables in an evolving pilot
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and partners
• Support knowledge transfer to enable long-term ownership and sustainability
• Help establish structure and accountability in a changing program
• Support Agile/hybrid delivery using Jira, Workfront, etc.
