Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager Lead for Search Observability and Reliability in Mountain View, CA. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs, plan requirements with internal customers, and shepherd projects through the full lifecycle.

You will mentor TPMs, drive reliability initiatives, and align engineers with product stakeholders. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical breadth are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• Experience with cross-stack systems, servers, and managing dependencies.
• Experience with complex systems infrastructure and building or using automation tools for program management.
• Experience managing multiple, time-sensitive projects in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects and manage the project lifecycle.
• Plan requirements with internal customers and identify risks; communicate them to stakeholders.
• Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss trade-offs with engineers.
• Mentor and grow a team of TPMs and drive reliability and observability programs.
• Partner with Engineering Directors to define multi-quarter roadmaps and resolve architectural dependencies.
• Drive core reliability programs including AI-serving architectures and automated error detection.
• Manage external dependencies and drive executive reviews across engineering, product, and partner teams.
