Sony Interactive Entertainment is offering a Technical Program Management Intern role in the United States. You will collaborate with TPMs and cross-functional technical teams to guide projects from idea to execution and learn how to manage complex programs at scale across the PlayStation ecosystem.

You will help define goals, track milestones, support Agile practices, and develop leadership skills over a 12-week internship with a fixed hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field with an interest in technical project management.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including network, storage, cloud, and information security.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiasm for learning and working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with TPMs and technical teams to define and track project goals, requirements, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve team workflows, documentation, tools, and ways of working.
• Coordinating project teams by breaking down tasks, managing schedules, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Tracking progress and sharing regular status updates with key stakeholders.
• Supporting the adoption and practice of Agile methodology across teams.
• Learning how to manage competing priorities, balance technical and business needs, and strengthen leadership skills.
