Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• Interest in technical project or program management.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring structure to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TPMs and technical teams to define and track goals, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support process improvements by enhancing workflows, documentation, tools, and ways of working.
• Coordinate project teams by breaking down tasks, managing schedules, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Track progress and share regular status updates with stakeholders.
• Support adoption and practice of Agile methodologies across teams.
• Learn to balance competing priorities and strengthen organizational leadership.

Education
